Employment Services

Employment Services (ES) provides job search and employment retention assistance to clients and provides clients with training and job coaching. The primary goal of ES is to assist clients in achieving economic self-sufficiency through employment.

Employment Specialists offer full range job placement services that ensure employer satisfaction and high employee retention rates. Employment Services are always free to clients and employers!


Services We Provide:

  • Pre- screen applicants to find the most qualified employees
  • Match employers with dependable employees
  • Provide a consistent source of reliable employees
  • Provide free interpretation services for initial and followup training (as needed)
  • Facilitate communications between the employee and employer
  • Provide job preparation and other vocational training courses to clients
  • Perform regular follow up after employment

We will gain the respect and trust of employers through relationship building, trainings, follow - up and placing a focus on the needs of the employer. Understanding that program guidelines must be followed, we will make every effort to work with our clients in an individualized and compassionate manner, providing the training, coaching and positive reinforcement necessary to assist them in becoming strong applicants. Through marketing and outreach, we will strive to enter new employment sectors, focusing on those that offer meaningful employment."
